Linda has been passionate about helping others heal and be free of pain for as long as she can remember. She discovered her gift of massage at the age of 8 when she noticed that she could not only feel the pain of her grandpa, dad and others but help them get better. Soon she found other adult family members sitting at her feet asking for her help on a regular basis.
After her three daughters graduated high school, Linda decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from Sage School of Massage in Bend, Oregon in 2009. Linda informed touch specializes in advanced body work mobility's deep tissue and deep relaxation Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point, soft tissue passive & active movement, manual lymphatic drainage, hot stone, assisted gentle table stretching, reflexology for the feet, Graston Tool scraping and cupping.
Massage has a host of benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, including relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention. Linda has found a way to mix therapeutic massage techniques that focuses on getting results with deep relaxation.
When Linda is outside off work, she enjoys hanging out with her family, camping, fishing and enjoying bbq good tri-tip, or eating Alaskan salmon, and king crab with stir fry or Thai food and sushi!
